What would you actually do in CADP?

CADP interns support corporate functions and business teams rather than working in a pure trading or investment-banking seat. The programme builds experience in three disciplines: analytics, project management and process improvement.

• Explore data and turn findings into clear recommendations.
• Coordinate work across teams, priorities and stakeholders.
• Find inefficient processes and support practical improvements.
• Communicate progress, risks and decisions clearly.

High-performing interns may receive an offer to return for the full-time rotational programme. That possibility does not guarantee an interview or offer.

Is CADP a good fit for you?

CADP may suit you if you enjoy turning unclear business problems into organised, evidence-based work.

• Finding patterns in data and explaining what they mean.
• Organising work involving several people or teams.
• Understanding why a workflow is inefficient.
• Working across business functions before specialising.

The listing says the programme is not aligned with front-office, client-facing or software-engineering roles. If those are your targets, compare the separate programmes before applying.

Who can apply?

The Singapore posting asks for students pursuing a degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and July 2028. It also highlights analytical thinking, communication, leadership, adaptability, ownership and interest in data and emerging technology.

Permanent Singapore work rights are described as an advantage, while candidates requiring visa sponsorship may still apply. Relocation assistance for flights and accommodation is not provided.

How to prepare for HireVue

JPMorganChase does not publish the exact questions each candidate will receive. Prepare short examples around the qualities in the posting instead of memorising supposed leaked questions.

• A time you used data to make a recommendation.
• A project where priorities or requirements changed.
• A process you simplified or improved.
• A situation where you coordinated different people.
• A setback you took responsibility for.

For each example, explain the situation, your responsibility, what you personally did and the result.

The separate 2026 APAC Career4Corp case challenge lists a deadline of 16 September 2026 at 23:59 SGT/HKT. The in-person Singapore event is scheduled for 30 September 2026.

JPMorganChase says participants have the chance to be prioritised for the 2027 CADP Summer Internship Assessment Center. This is prioritisation, not guaranteed progression. The application also requires a resume, a cover letter explaining your interest, and HireVue.
