This position is responsible, under direction, for development of the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. Develops knowledge of client needs and requirements and coordinates the firm's effort to serve client organizations, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: 该岗位主要工作为在指导下发展与指定机构客户的业务关系。了解客户需求,协调公司资源为客户服务,具体包括但不限于如下职责:

1.Maintaining and building the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts. 维护和建立与指定机构客户的业务关系。 2.Working closely with client's investment and research personnel. 与投资者和研究员紧密合作。 3.Presenting research services and advising clients on investment opportunities. 提供研究服务并向客户提供投资建议。 4.Supporting sales and distribution for overseas IPO and primary-cross-secondary markets projects. 协助支持海外IPO及一二级项目分销。 5.Providing full account coverage service for institutional accounts, including cash equities, derivatives products, trading and execution services. 为机构客户提供全面服务,包括现金、衍生品、交易及执行服务。

1.Master degree or above, economics or finance majors preferred. 原则上为硕士研究生及以上学历,金融、经济相关专业优先考虑。 2.Good understanding of sales and trading business. 熟悉销售交易业务。 3.Sound knowledge of domestic or international capital markets and the firm's products and services. 对于国内外资本市场有扎实的理解,掌握公司可提供的产品和服务。 4.Excellent academic credentials and achievement. 学术成果优异。 5.Strong drive to succeed in a team-oriented environment and good communication. 具有强烈的团队合作精神和良好的沟通能力。 6.Strong passion for financial market and sales job. 对资本市场及销售工作有强烈的意愿。
