Your role

Your team

You’ll be working in the Financial Crime Prevention Independent Testing & Assurance team in Singapore, an independent second-line function within Group Compliance and Operational Risk Control (GCORC). The team assesses governance, risk management and control environments across APAC business divisions, with a focus on financial crime controls and the effective use of data, analytics, and emerging technologies.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• will graduate by June 2027 and has less than two years of work experience
• shows an interest in financial crime risk, assurance, data analytics and basic knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python or similar) or has a willingness to develop these capabilities
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge about regulatory and compliance issues. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
