Affiliate Executive (1-year Contract)

Role Overview

The Affiliate Executive supports the execution and optimisation of affiliate creator programs within TikTok Shop. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional passionate about social commerce, creators, and digital performance, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Creator Support

• Assist in identifying and shortlisting relevant TikTok creators/affiliates
• Support outreach, onboarding, and communication with affiliates
• Coordinate campaign details, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain accurate records of creator partnerships

Campaign Coordination

• Support execution of TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns and promotions
• Track creator participation and content delivery
• Ensure assets and briefs are shared correctly and on time

Performance Monitoring

• Track basic affiliate metrics (sales, views, engagement, GMV contribution)
• Assist in compiling campaign performance reports
• Flag optimisation opportunities or issues

Content Alignment

• Coordinate with content/creative teams on creator briefs
• Ensure affiliate content aligns with brand and platform guidelines
• Support revisions and feedback loops

Operational & Admin Management

• Maintain affiliate databases and tracking sheets
• Support commission/incentive coordination
• Assist with product seeding/logistics (if applicable)

Experience & Qualifications

• 0–1 year experience (fresh graduates / internships welcome)
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or related fields
• Familiarity with TikTok or influencer marketing is a plus
