AML Operation Analyst Graduate (Global Payment) - 2027 Start

About The Team The Global Payment team provides payment and financial solutions -- including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on the TikTok platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to compliance operations by executing AML-related tasks, identifying and documenting compliance risks, and implementing solutions in alignment with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with business units to understand business models and inherent risk exposures. Detect suspicious transactions and assist in developing effective transaction monitoring rules.
• Design and maintain monitoring effectiveness matrices and dashboards to assess rule performance.
• Support the development and ongoing enhancement of policies and procedures across the transaction monitoring lifecycle, including rule validation, system optimization, and underlying data analysis.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to support the implementation and refinement of transaction monitoring process.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders within Global Payments to ensure operational efficiency and clearly defined responsibilities.
• Support operational projects through applied project management skills and effective execution.
• Conduct data interpretation and analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, Data Science or a related discipline.
• Internship experience in payment, data analysis, or related fields
• Data analytical skills and practical knowledge of SQL/Excel and other analysis tool
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Effective problem solver and possesses excellent time management skills
• Ability to work methodically and accurately
