Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management

What You'll Do

• Assist in monitoring and analysing enterprise-wide risk indicators and risk trends.
• Support the preparation of risk dashboards, management reports, and presentations for senior management and committees.
• Participate in Risk Appetite and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) monitoring activities.
• Assist in Stress Testing, Capital Planning, and other risk assessment exercises.
• Support ESG and Climate Risk initiatives, including sustainability-related projects and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in reviewing and maintaining risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
• Coordinate risk-related data collection, analysis, and documentation across various business units.
• Support Operational Risk activities, including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and risk reporting.
• Assist in managing regulatory submissions, audit requests, and internal reviews.
• Participate in risk awareness programmes, training sessions, and special projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship experience in banking, financial services, consulting, audit, risk management, or corporate strategy would be an advantage.
• Strong interest in Risk Management, Sustainability, ESG, or the Financial Services industry.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong numerical and data interpretation abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good report writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
