We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of Analyst (Investment Banking)
Principal Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of M&A and ECM transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory and IPOs
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) and scenario analyses
- Conduct industry research, market analysis, and company due diligence to support transaction origination and execution
- Prepare client presentations, pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials
- Assist in coordinating with internal teams and external parties, including legal advisors, accountants, and other stakeholders
- Track transaction processes, manage data rooms, and support documentation and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methodologies, and capital markets
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior internship or experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields is preferred
