Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of troubleshooting methodologies with the ability to diagnose and resolve application-related technical issues.
• Experience in application testing, such as UAT or functional testing will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to conduct end-user training and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin as the role involves frequent interaction with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong interest in problem-solving and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level application support including troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users.
• Monitor and manage support tickets through the incident management system and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain user manuals, FAQs, troubleshooting guides and other support documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams to report bugs, recommend system enhancements and support application testing.
• Conduct end-user training on new features and functionalities to ensure effective application usage.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of application support services.
