Your new role

You will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Receivable function across APAC markets. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day AR operations while contributing to process improvements and stronger credit governance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end AR operations including billing, cash application, payment tracking, and reporting
• Monitor overdue accounts, follow up on collections, and drive timely resolution of outstanding balances
• Handle customer disputes and reconciliation matters, particularly within high-volume environments (e.g. e-commerce)
• Support credit control activities including credit assessments, reporting, and process improvements

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end AR processes
• Practical understanding of AR operations, including credit assessment, collections, and reconciliation
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
