Archi Supervisor

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project schedules
• Motivate and control workforce to perform assigned tasks effectively
• Enforce adherence to procedures, standards, and guidelines, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed
• Verify subcontractors execute work accurately according to approved shop drawings, technical submissions, and checklists
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues with main contractors or consultants
• Implement and monitor work safety and environmental procedures on site
• Manage cost and quality control to minimize wastage and rework
• Assist in preparing working drawings, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Civil & Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Possess relevant certificate (e.g NCCS, NITEC, or BCSS)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to understand and interpret drawings, details, etc
• Ability to register under BCA as trade supervisor/ foreman
• Able to work under stress and tight schedule
• Equipped with hands-on experience as added advantage
