Asset Management (Operational Excellence), SPX Express

Job Description

• Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities in SPX asset flow and logistics operations.
• Lead end-to-end projects, from planning to execution, across facilities throughout Malaysia.
• Analyse operational data to uncover insights, measure performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
• Prepare business proposals, project updates, and performance reports for Senior Management.
• Travel to operational hubs when required to understand ground operations and ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or knowledge in asset management, logistics, warehousing, or distribution processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to operational hubs across Malaysia when required.
