We are looking for Assistant Director of Sales to join our team!

• This is a Clustered postion for Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang & Shangri-La Golden Sands, Penang.

As a Assistant Director of Sales, we rely on you to

• Lead and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize occupancy and yield.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and guest recognition programs.
• Participate in business reviews, forecasting and annual budget preparation.
• Maintain high sales and service standards across the department. Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and brand standards.
• Oversee hotel branding, revenue performance and sales channel optimization.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for Sales and Marketing
• Excellent presenter and communicator
• Is self-driven, goal-oriented, able to challenge the status quo
• Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
• Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions
• Thinks outside of the box whilst leading change in the hotel
• Understands the global market and local environment
• Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
• Has strong interpersonal skills
