Assistant Housekeeper

Job Summary:

We are seeking a quality-driven and proactive Assistant Housekeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, maintaining high cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring proper staff coordination and inventory control. You’ll play a key role in upholding service excellence and delivering a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily work assignments and prepare staff rosters for housekeeping attendants.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide guidance, training, and on-the-job coaching to team members.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and maintain proper par stock levels.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on room defects and repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level.
• Minimum 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience in the hotel industry.
• Possesses good leadership skills and knowledge of housekeeping operations.
