Produce monthly regional segmental financial reports & other value added reports & tracking, data analytics to facilitate senior management decision. Support on adhoc queries and reporting requests from all stakeholders from Consumer Banking.

Job Description

IT CAPEX Approval & Budget Drawdown

• Review IT Project papers to ensure all information are complete and to ensure all signatories are obtained before submission for budget drawdown.
• To track budget utilisation for all business units within Consumer Banking Malaysia to ensure IT CAPEX spend is within the approved budget.
• To manage budget reprioritisation across all business units within Consumer Banking Malaysia.
• To track and consolidate benefits tracking for all Financial Driven projects within Consumer Banking Malaysia that has gone live for GTSC reporting.

IT CAPEX Budgeting & Planning

• Lead and coordinate the IT CAPEX budgeting and planning exercise for Consumer Bank across all business units.
• To work closely with all the business units for project submission and prioritisation purposes.

Segment Management Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare financial performance reports & analysis with insights to trends & key financial drivers for Islamic & affluent
• Prepare value added reports for strategic reviews (CBMC & other relevant committees)
• Work closely with business analysts across all countries and business units to ensure the financials reported are aligned
• Work closely with business analysts from respective countries to support ad hoc regional data request from Group Strategy, Group Risk, Investor Relations, and etc.

People Management

• Engage and work closely with departments (intra & inter divisions)
