Job Requirement
- Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Professional qualification in accountancy from a recognized Accountancy body.
- A member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in finance position preferably in construction/property industry.
- Experience in Auditing, Financial Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Experience in feasibility studies.
- Experience in management account preparation.
- Knowledge in Housing Development Act and Strata Title Act.
Job Responsibility
- Job Description:
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of management accounts and financial reports, to analyze report variances to facilitate management decision making.
- Prepare annual budget, business plan, profit and cash flow forecasts and projections to facilitate the tracking and monitoring of finances of the business unit.
- Prepare, monitor and update project feasibility as and when required.
- Prepare feasibility study for business development to facilitate management in strategy planning.
- Assist in formulating, implementing and monitoring the Accounting and Treasury Policies and Procedures of the Finance Department in compliance with the Group Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for the computation and submission of tax return to Inland Revenue Board in compliance with the Income Tax Regulations and Rules under the Malaysian Income Tax Act.
- Liaise with auditor, tax agent, solicitor, authorities, banker and other professionals on financial related matters.
- Administrate of any new/current funding requirement.
- Liaise with authority (DBKL & MOH Privatization Agreement) on financial related matters.
- Perform new accounting system implementation (URS & UAT) together with GICT and Group Account, including assisting in system migration and checking on accuracy of migrated data.
- Supervise, guide and motivate subordinates.
- Perform special/ad-hoc projects assigned by superiors from time to time.
