1. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Agricultural Science, Forestry or Plantation Management
2. Minimum 2 years of working experiences in an executive role within the oil palm plantation industry
3. Strong ability to manage and control all aspects of estate operations including:

• Manpower planning & Supervision
• Agricultural practices & crop management
• Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production
• Cost of production control & budgeting

4. Candidates with replanting experiences will have an added advantage
