Assistant Manager, KM Layout Planning

Job Description

• Liaise with authority to manage submission and approval ie. Provision of facilities, SPC, Dasar Perumahan Negeri Sembilan and etc.
• Assist to prepare initial feasibility study for potential land and prepare business proposal.
• Assist to coordinate with relevant stakeholders for new land purchase or JV.
• Review the conceptual & detail master plan and layout to maximize the density and to ensure a thematic and outstanding layout in-line with the agreed project proposition and established development concepts.
• Coordinate and review on earth work platform, sub station requirement, circulation, R&D requirement.
• Manage the project team for the inception of the master, detail and KM/DO plan and land matter for the submission to authorities for approval till issuance of QTs and strata titles.
• Obtain information ie topo, land status, land use, search, land title, structure plan, land acquisition plan and etc.
• To perform any additional functions or any task as directed by the Management.
