Job Descriptions:
- Manage client portfolios and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines;
- Prepare and review financial statements and statutory accounts in compliance with IFRS, MFRS, and SSM’s MBRS/XBRL requirements;
- Provide financial analysis and advisory support, including monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and technical accounting research;
- Ensure quality, compliance, and project management by following risk-control procedures and delivering assignments accurately and on time;
- Lead and develop junior staff through supervision, coaching, work reviews, while also supporting business development activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Possess at least a Degree in Accounting, Finance or those with full or partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, and CPA Australia);
- Assistant Manager: Possess at least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with audit experience in a mid-tier firm;
- Manager: Possess at least 7 years of relevant working experience, preferably with audit experience in a mid-tier firm;
- Strong accounting experience, including managing accounting deliverables, reviewing work, and supporting client reporting requirements;
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, AutoCount, and similar platforms;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client engagements and meet deadlines;
- Strong communication and technical skills, including effective stakeholder management and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
