Assistant Manager/Manager, ESG

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate environmental, social and governance assessment and evaluate the impact of ESG risks on the economy, environment, and people.
- Lead and plan the execution of ESG strategies following best practices.
- Review sustainability reports to ensure that the report presented complies with the relevant reporting standards and guidelines.
- Provide training on sustainability based on globally accepted best practices.
- Work closely with ESG consultants to deliver ESG strategies for clients.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Agricultural Science, Accounting, or related field in Sustainability.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the related field including sustainability management experience.
- Familiar with GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), IFRS 1 and IFRS 2 (International Sustainability Standards Board), GHG (Greenhouse Gas) Protocols Reporting and other related reporting standards.
- Have proficiency in the English language (spoken and written).
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
