[What you will be working on]

Oversee Service Strategy Implementation

  • Analyse landscape and engage stakeholders to understand national strategies and identify critical and emerging needs and gaps
  • Partner with social service agencies (SSAs), government agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet such needs and gaps
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives
  • Drive collaborations to develop innovative solutions

Programme Management and Evaluation

  • Oversee assessments of funding proposals for new programmes
  • Partner with service providers to grow person-centred, resource-efficient solutions
  • Set and monitor output, outcome and impact indicators
  • Perform budgetary operations (e.g., funding computation, disbursements) for programmes
  • Manage performance evaluation and community funding allocation
  • Train and guide officers in programme implementation
  • Collate and produce reports for key stakeholders
  • Systems Management and Data Analysis
  • Manage enhancements, maintenance and day-to-day operations systems for programme reporting and data collection
  • Work with government agencies to empower service users with information to find needed support
  • Enable real-time monitoring of key programme metrics and analyse programme data to identify trends, issues and gaps

Grant management

  • Manage operational policies, including grant design, eligibility and assessment criteria
  • Coordinate application and assessment phases, including conducting briefs and workshops
  • Manage funding disbursements, budget utilisation and proper accounting
  • Develop and maintain standard operating protocols, streamline processes and reduce administrative work

Support the Services Group and NCSS as and when required

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to details
  • Results-driven self-starter with proven ability to identify opportunities and drive projects to completion

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Relevant experience with social services, and/or with grant management.
  • Knowledge of public service grant management and funding practices will be an added advantage
