Assistant Manager, Packing & Odc

Duties & Responsibilities

• 01) To take care of glove quality and to make sure that glove output target is achieved.
• 02) To provide technical knowledge like engineering to production crews.
• 03) To study machineries design and do some re-engineering project.
• 04) To assist Manager (Production/Manufacturing) in data analysis, trouble shooting.
• 05) To improve consistency of process parameter through engineering.
• 06) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
• 07) Analyze work flows across all department towards better execution.
• 08) Create analytical process for production process.
• 09) Critical analysis on efficiency of quality improvement project.
• 10) Analyze expenditure, cost saving and ways to cut costs.
• 11) Responsible monitor and design project in production department.
• 12) Involve in every modification and optimization and process that already have in production lines.
• 13) Work with all people across manufacturing include compounding, R&D, maintenance, QA, packing, former and warehouse.

Job Requirements

• 01) Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• 02) Good command in English & Management Skills.
