Your Day-to-Day

Operational Supervision & Manpower Planning

  • Lead Distribution: Assign new leads to the appropriate inspectors in real-time and monitor progress to ensure strict adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Throughput Optimization: Monitor operational capacity daily to ensure inspection completion times remain within the 20–35 minute benchmark, adjusting assignments during peak periods.

Sales Conversion & Negotiation

  • Funnel Management: Oversee website-generated leads, ensuring inspectors provide a professional experience that educates customers on the CARSOME process.
  • Closing & Negotiation: Actively lead and support inspectors in post-inspection negotiations to secure vehicle purchases and hit monthly procurement KPIs.
  • Retention: Drive daily follow-up activities with pending customers to increase deal confirmation rates or drive participation in bidding sessions.

Transaction & Process Coordination

  • Bidding Oversight: Manage the post-bidding communication cycle, ensuring customers receive timely results and facilitating the offer acceptance/rejection process.
  • Cross-functional Liaison: Partner closely with the BST team to secure appointment slots and ensure a seamless handoff for successful transactions.

Reporting & Quality Control

  • Performance Tracking: Consolidate and manage weekly reporting for the TCA team, ensuring 100% data accuracy for all inspection reports.
  • Valuation Support: Assist the B2C CC team with rapid car value estimations to expedite customer decisions and improve the overall conversion rate.

Your Know-How

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive procurement, sales management, or branch operations (prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred).
  • Leadership: Proven ability to supervise a frontline team and manage performance metrics in a high-pressure environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and persuasion skills, specifically within the retail automotive sector.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in tracking operational metrics and managing scheduling tools/spreadsheets; ability to interpret data to improve daily output.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to align with internal stakeholders (BST, TCA, B2C) and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work 6 days a week, including weekends, in a retail/branch-based setting.
