Job Description
The Employee Wellbeing & Engagement role, situated within Human Resources, plays a key role in designing, implementing and enhancing programmes that strengthen employee wellbeing, engagement and workplace experience, supporting PopHealth’s vision of being a Great Place to Work and Learn.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wellbeing, Engagement and Culture, this role works closely with stakeholders across NHG Health to drive employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives, guided by strategic priorities and frameworks from MOH, NHG Health and PopHealth.
Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence individuals of all levels from frontline employees to senior leaders and C-suite executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Wellbeing Initiatives
Manage end-to-end delivery and develop continuous enhancement of staff wellbeing programme and services (e.g. corporate passes, corporate privileges, employee health screenings and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services, staff protection initiatives etc).
- Engagement Initiatives
Partner stakeholders to conceptualise, plan and execute organisation-wide and mission-specific engagement initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, employee connectedness and sense of belonging.
- Project Management
Plan, coordinate and manage multiple wellbeing and engagement programmes concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, effective resource utilisation, stakeholder alignment and achievement of desired outcomes.
- Communications
Develop communication content and outreach strategies to drive awareness, participation and sustained engagement across employee programmes and initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ensure successful programme delivery.
- Data analysis and programme evaluation
Conduct environmental scans and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend targeted interventions.
- Administration
Manage administrative functions including budgeting, procurement, contract administration, logistics coordination and records management to support programme delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of strong experience in project management, preferably in staff wellbeing and employee engagement or in HR-related matters.
- Experience in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across different organisational levels including frontline staff, managers and senior leaders.
- Ability to design, implement and continuously improve employee wellbeing and engagement programmes, using data and insights to evaluate effectiveness and develop actionable recommendations that enhance employee experience and programme outcomes.
- Ability to develop communication content and outreach strategies to drive awareness, participation and sustained engagement across employee programmes and initiatives.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled tools to enhance productivity, improve work processes, support content development and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Energetic, self-driven, and detail-oriented individual with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Resourceful and adaptable, with the agility to navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment and respond effectively to evolving organisational needs.
- Meticulous, with strong following up skills to manage scope such as budgeting, procurement, contract administration, logistical arrangement etc.
