ASSISTANT OPERATIONS - ENTERTAINMENT & STAGE MANAGEMENT

1. To assist in park show productions, including support for Audio & Visual, wardrobe, props, and other required production elements.
2. To perform in costumes and mascot roles for guest interactions and photo opportunities.
3. To participate in clown acts, character performances, and other animation or entertainment requirements.
4. To assist in tasks and responsibilities assigned by the direct supervisor or reporting officer.
5. To carry out duties that contribute to the improvement of the department or company, both in-park and off-site.
6. To support and participate in events such as concerts, musicals, and special productions.
7. To assist the Operations team in daily operational events and functions, both in-park and external.
8. To support and ensure all entertainment activities and productions are executed in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
9. To ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of costumes, props, and production equipment to maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements

Assisting daily running of theme park entertainment activities and operations, ensuring smooth execution of shows, events, and performance coordination. The role assists in stage operations, and logistical support while maintaining performance standards and guest experience quality.
