Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing: Identifying and evaluating new locations for business expansion or relocation through site visits and market assessments.
Leasing Operations: Leading lease negotiations, preparing documentation, and conducting feasibility studies to maximize property performance.
Tenant & Agent Management: Maintaining high retention rates through professional tenant relations and managing external brokers to ensure alignment with company goals.
Business Development: Conducting competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Full-Cycle Tenancy: Overseeing move-ins, renewals, compliance, and move-outs, ensuring all records are meticulous.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or Property Management (preferred) OR equivalent.
- 5–10 years in property leasing, tenancy management, or real estate business development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized property management software.
- The ability to perform complex feasibility studies and provide data-backed recommendations to management.
- A willingness to travel regularly for site visits, inspections, and stakeholder meetings.
