ASSISTANT - RETAIL

• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries, handling reservations for guests, facilitating the activities and ensuring a fun, engaging, and safe experience for all guests.
• Preparation and replenishment of stocks as and when required.
• Ensure guests follow all safety rules and operational procedures.
• Promote and sell merchandise.
• Support daily operational activities and ensure cleanliness of the outlet.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/O-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, attractions, or recreational activities is an advantage.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to engage confidently with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and attentive to safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
