Summary

Responsibilities:

• sales of credit products such as mortgages and SME loans for convention and Islamic banking.
• develop relationship and network with realtors, developers, and solicitors to increase referrals.
• source for quality loans by pre-screen customers to make initial judgement of credit worthiness.

Job Description

Job requirements:

• diploma/degree holders in any discipline.
• minimum of 2 years sales experience.
• fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• good product knowledge in mortgages and SME loans for convention and islamic banking will be an advantage.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• good command of english and bahasa malaysia-written as well as spoken. ability to speak a 3rd language will be an advantage.
• streetwise, with good selling and negotiation skills.
• able to understand customer behavior, market conditions in area of operations and to adapt to it.
• open to new ideas and willingness to learn
• willing to work hard towards obtaining sales leads/opportunities and to close them
• embrace performance driven sales culture.
• team player with integrity
• preferable possess own transport.
