Assistant Supervisor Production

Job Descriptions:

• Make sure employees perform their tasks throughout the production process, which includes cooling the bed, bundling, and storing
• Plan, organize, and coordinate shift activities and resources, which include consumables, equipment, and manpower, to minimize production downtime and quality issues
• Ensure all workers comply with company rules and regulations
• Attend to emergency or ad hoc production issues to maximize production smoothness
• Maintain and update documents by having good communication skills with superiors and related departments

Job Requirements:

• Have more than 3 years of working experience as an assistant supervisor
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills to lead the team
• Able to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
• Possess own transport to work at Bukit Raja, Klang
• A candidate who can start immediately will be an added advantage
