About the Role

As a Finance Fund Assistant Supervisor, you will support the Supervisor in overseeing daily fund operations, ensuring accurate cash management, and coordinating operational activities within the team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional with experience in fund transactions, reconciliations, and compliance processes within a fast-paced financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising daily fund operations and staff allocation.
• Review fund transactions, reconciliations, and reports prepared by team members.
• Monitor cash positions and fund allocations to ensure operational accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support month-end and quarterly fund reporting activities.
• Assist in audit preparation and issue resolution.
• Mentor junior staff and provide on-the-job guidance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience reviewing fund transactions and performing account reconciliations.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of cash management systems, internal controls, and compliance processes.
• Communication: Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese for business communication and documentation purposes.
• Soft Skills: Strong coordination, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with the capability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrates the ability and mindset to leverage AI tools to improve work efficiency, productivity, and quality, while continuously exploring new ways to enhance business impact.
