- Ability to assist warehouse supervisor in operational and supervisory duties.

- Capability to perform operational warehouse tasks when needed.
- Responsibility in maintaining discipline and reporting workforce issues.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Flexibility to support ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Assist supervisor in daily warehouse operations and workflow coordination.
- Take over supervisor duties during absence.
- Monitor warehouse assistants’ discipline and attendance.
- Support manpower operations and assist when assistants are absent.
- Assign tasks to warehouse assistants and ensure timely execution.
- Verify receiving, issuing, loading accuracy (lot, batch, quantity).
- Truck and container check to comply with quality requirement for unloading, loading.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and arrangement of goods according to FIFO, FEFO and SOP.
- Conduct daily and periodic inventory counts.
- Handle NC, RMA, DMR goods with proper documentation and verification.
- Ensure adherence to SOP, procedures, and company rules.
- Ensure accurate records for ERP/system transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and data updates using scanning and system transactions.
- Record daily forklift maintenance.
- Report space constraints or operational issues to superior.
- Liaise with internal departments for operational alignment.
- Train and guide warehouse assistants when required.
- Report performance or misconduct to superior.
- Support ad hoc assignments from superior.
