Role Overview

We are seeking highly driven professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Wealth Manager / Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing clients’ assets and delivering tailored wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized financial advice and wealth management services to help clients achieve their financial objectives.
  • Recommend and assist clients in building diversified portfolios across a wide range of solutions, including Unit Trusts, Bonds, Stocks, ETFs, Discretionary Portfolio Services, Cash Solutions, Insurance, Wills, Trust services, and more.
  • Expand your client base through proactive business development, networking, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and industry developments.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Uphold a client-first approach, demonstrating integrity, and a long-term business mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investments, Insurance, or Financial Planning.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Passionate about investments, risk management and comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional certification ie. CFP, RFP, ChFP, IPPC, or possess Financial Planning, dealing in securities and investment advice license are advantageous.
  • Possession of professional certifications such as CFP, RFP, ChFP, or relevant licenses in Financial Planning, Dealing in Securities, or Investment Advice is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience as a Private Banker, Relationship Manager, Personal Financial Consultant, or Unit Trust Consultant is highly regarded.
