Job Description:
Join the Division of Informatics & Data (DID) and play a key role in shaping TTSH's digital future. You will work at the intersection of digital transformation, informatics, data governance and organisational change, partnering with clinical, operational and corporate stakeholders to drive initiatives that improve patient care, operational excellence and data-driven decision-making across the hospital.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support project activities related to digital, informatics and data initiatives, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) enhancements, healthcare systems implementation and workflow improvement projects.
- Support change management and communications initiatives through the development of engaging content, such as infographics, visual communications, presentation materials, videos and digital media assets, to promote awareness, adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for committees, governance forums, project workgroups and meetings, including meeting logistics, preparation of materials, documentation of minutes, and tracking of follow-up actions.
- Assist in the collection, compilation and maintenance of project, operational and governance information, reports and documentation.
- Liaise with clinicians, operational users, technology teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project coordination, information gathering and closure of action items.
- Support the implementation of policies, guidelines, communications, training and change management activities related to digital, informatics and data initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining departmental records, knowledge repositories, collaboration platforms and other administrative systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Healthcare, Business or any similar field.
- Experience in graphic design, infographic development, video editing and digital content creation tools will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Meticulous, responsible and possess strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in EPIC electronic medical records system is a plus.
