Associate, Family Office Advisory

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Family Office advisory services, including preparation of sales presentations, structural plan, formulation plan and other relevant materials.
- Assist the superiors and/or account holders in provision of Family Office services & ensure all client’s requirements are addressed and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients to gather required information and support the implementation of agreed advisory plans, including asset structuring and bank account opening.
- Manage Family Office administration, including periodic wealth updates, net worth calculations, and Family Council meetings.
- Assist in handling offshore companies and foundations, including incorporation, resolutions, bank account opening, and annual renewals.
- Support billing, payment follow-up, documentation, and general administrative matters to ensure smooth client servicing.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Tax, or those with full or partial professional qualification (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, ICAA and CPA Australia).
- Preferably 1 year working experience in audit, tax, trust or other relevant.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proactive, resourceful, innovative and have an eye for details.
