Associate, Merchant Success

What You Will Do:

• Support operational aspects of hotel partners, including but not limited to booking, finance, and content-related inquiries, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and promptly.
• Assist hotel merchants in joining Klook marketing campaigns and setting up promotional discounts in the backend system.
• Ensure the quality of content and inventory accuracy for directly contracted hotels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel operations in selected markets, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to address partner needs and ensure seamless execution.
• Drive accurate and comprehensive performance tracking and reporting to support continuous improvement.

What you will need:

• Have 1-2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or a related field.
• Native or fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Resourceful, agile, detail-oriented, and willing to adapt to fast changes.
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
• Tech savvy with proficiency in GSuite, especially GSheets.
• Proven numerical and analytical abilities.
