Responsibilities :
- Support the implementation and maintenance of accountability, transparency, and effective governance practices within Group Human Capital (GHC)
- Review and assess the effectiveness of GHC operational processes to ensure alignment with established policies, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives
- Conduct reviews and investigations into identified misconduct, policy breaches, or non-compliance with GHC policies and procedures, and prepare findings for management review
- Assist in the development, review, and enhancement of GHC policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with best practices
- Act as a point of coordination between stakeholders to address people-related governance concerns and facilitate timely and transparent resolution
- Prepare governance reports, analysis, and recommendations for submission to senior management, including the Group Chief Human Capital Officer
- Monitor key GHC operational activities to ensure adherence to approved policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Support governance-related initiatives, audits, and special projects as assigned
Requirement:
- A postgraduate qualification and professional certification in HR governance, compliance, or audit is an advantage.
- Solid experience in HR governance, compliance, or policy management within a corporate or financial institution. Proven track record in conducting investigations, audits, and policy reviews.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR governance frameworks.
- Ability to review operational processes, identify gaps, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports, policies, and recommendations, and to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills to act as a point of coordination between stakeholders, ensuring timely and transparent resolution of governance concerns.
- Ability to support audits, special projects, and governance initiatives in a dynamic environment.
