Billing Management Specialist – MRO SCM

Job Description:

1. Prepare monthly and yearly billing plan and forecast based on project delivery plan
2. Monitor billing trigger within the SLA period to ensure the invoices are issued on time and minimum error occur to support collection.
3. Analyse and identify issues for long aging contracts, work closely with project manager to determine the clearance target, and send report on daily basis to ensure healthy project cash flow.
4. Responsible to highlight billing risk to project director and provide contigency plan
5. Review contract and project closure from billing perpective
6. Analyse and identify the root cause of dispute invoice, come out with alternative solution and communicate with collection manager to solve the dispute.
7. Dealing with customer for dispute invoice
8. Understand contract term especially billing milestone and credit term

Candidate Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor Degree. Fresh grads and having work experience are welcomed.
2. Sensitive to forecast data and good at data analysis
3. Have project-oriented thinking and be good at managing efficiency issues
4. Good coordination and communication skills, knowing how to expose risks.
