Boilerman

Job Requirement

1. Minimum two (2) years of relevant working experience in boiler operations or a related field.
2. Minimum SPM qualification with a valid Grade 1 or Grade 2 Boiler Operation Certificate of Competency.
3. Knowledge of and familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 45001 Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS).

Job Responsibility

1. Operate and monitor two (2) boiler units to ensure safe and efficient operations.
2. Ensure all boiler units are maintained in good operating condition and functioning efficiently.
3. Ensure compliance with the Company's policies and procedures, Corporate requirements, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Standards, applicable statutory regulations, and internal/external compliance requirements (e.g. Social Compliance Audits, Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), and other relevant authorities). Maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace by promoting good housekeeping (5S), continuous improvement initiatives, and the proper handling and disposal of scheduled waste.
