Responsible to assist boilerman in maintenance activities and prepare for boiler annual inspection.
To assist boilerman carry out boiler maintenance work in the most timely, efficient, effective, and safe manner.
Troubleshoot problems, repair machinery and equipment to ensure mechanical equipment are in optimum operational conditions.
To ensure the boiler operation is in proper arrangement, with smooth operation by monitoring the cost, steam and diesel/MFO usage of boiler.
Ensure boiler premise is kept within in adherence to 5S standards and maintain boiler to operate in safe and efficient manner.
Support installation, upgrade or plant modification whenever required.
To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
