Building Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision: Direct daily structural, civil, and architectural site activities.

- Team Coordination: Lead and schedule general laborers and structural subcontractors.

- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and execute architectural blueprints, structural designs, and civil drawings.

- Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specs.

- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily structural milestones and report delays directly to the Project Manager.

- Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing strict site safety protocols and PPE usage.

- Material Management: Order, inspect, and track structural materials and equipment deliveries on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar role.

- Technical Skills: Not limited to strong knowledge of concrete works, structural framing, and finishing works.
