Bus Development Officer (Singapore, SG, 796010)

Responsibilities:

- Analyse and validate data against established guidelines to ensure correctness of claims

- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information for claim submissions

- Support data correlation and reporting for performance tracking and decision-making

- Assist in ad-hoc duties related to mileage claims as assigned

Requirements:

- Higher NITEC or Diploma in a relevant discipline

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)

- Ability to analyse operational data and derive meaningful insights aligned with guidelines

- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment

- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability

- Proactive learner who adapts well to new responsibilities

- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
