Our client is a global trading organisation with an established presence in Singapore. They are looking for an Operations & Trading Coordinator to support the trading team across shipment coordination, documentation, inventory reporting and day-to-day operational activities.

Your new role

Reporting to the trading team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of trading activities and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate import, export and offshore shipments, including scheduling and shipment monitoring
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal logistics teams to ensure timely movement of goods
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin
• Maintain stock records and master data, as well as support shipment tracking and internal reporting
• Process MUGEN workflow entries and support internal applications

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or a related discipline
• 2–4 years of experience in trading operations, shipping, logistics or a similar coordination role
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and shipment processes
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing time-sensitive operational matters
