About the team:
The BDP team is responsible for the following key areas: B2B strategic projects, corporate wellness partnerships with HR teams, startups), B2B partnerships with organisations/associations/affiliates, Endowus Gives Back (social impact), and corporate engagement events The BDP team is currently a team of 5, with team members with prior experience in management consulting, banking, venture capital, fund management, and wealth management.
Job Description:
Corporate Wellness
Scope of work
- Support the team on end-to-end coordination of financial literacy activities (this includes liaising with HR partners, logistics coordination, creating visuals/EDMs for external comms, preparing decks and presentations for webinars and seminars and engagement tools for speakers etc.)
- Internal operations: Maintain and manage voucher issuance and database, manage weekly internal team reports
- Good to have skills/Things you can learn: Google Slides - storylining, Google Sheets - data management and analytics, Basic SQL, Figma - visual asset design, stakeholder management
Event Management
Scope of work
- Support team on coordination and setup of any corporate engagements (this includes event planning, logistics, supporting client communications)
- Good to have skills/Things you can learn: Good process and project management
B2B strategic projects, B2B Partnerships
Scope of work
- Supporting research Preparation of any client materials or external communications
- Good to have skills/Things you can learn: Google Slides, good research skills
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Process management and time management
- Enjoy working in start-up (agile) environment
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work streams in a fast-paced environment
- You have great communication skills, attitude and the energy to do what it takes to get things done
- Independence and ability to execute, a self-starter

Nice to haves:
- Prior internships in client-facing roles
- Previous experience in planning and managing physical events (of any scale)
- Basic knowledge of financial instruments including Stocks, Bonds and Funds would be advantageous
- Experience in online trading or digital investment platforms would be advantageous
