Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

Prepare sales-related documents such as reporting & analysis (quotations / sales orders / material forecasts, etc.) Liaise with internal departments for product delivery, operational challenges & sales related matters Manage customer requests, feedback, complaints & inquiries Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure the delivery of high-quality service Involve in continuous process improvement

Key qualifications

Background in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Science & Technology or equivalent Experience in administrative tasks Recent graduates are encouraged to apply Candidates with technical / engineering backgrounds will have an added advantage Being fluent in languages to effectively support our global customers Demonstrate strong attention to detail
