Business Development Operations Executive - Shopee Mall

Team Description

Shopee Mall is Shopee's official space for brand owners and authorised distributors which are able to meet high strict requirements and authenticity standards. The entire Mall team is responsible for growing and managing this; through acquiring new brands, retaining and growing existing sellers, and ensuring the overall health of our Mall brands on Shopee.

The Shopee Mall Operations team manages the end-to-end onboarding and day-to-day operations of official brands and sellers on Shopee Mall. The team works closely with Ops, Legal, Key Account Managers and other internal teams to ensure sellers are onboarded accurately, maintained to platform standards and supported throughout their Mall journey.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end seller onboarding to Shopee Mall; which includes system whitelisting, official document review and seller outreach.
• Track and report on onboarding and offboarding statuses while ensuring accuracy and timely updates across onboarding and offboarding workflows.
• Serve as first point of contact for Mall onboarding and offboarding seller enquiries for overall BD.
• Liaise with internal teams (Key account managers, Seller acquisition, Customer service, Dispute and Return team) to resolve seller daily issues.
• Support ad hoc operational and administrative duties as required by the Mall BD team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, compliance, administrative or a related field; fresh graduates welcome
• Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising across internal teams
• Self-starter who works well independently and adapts readily to changing priorities
