In this role, you will be championing the business development work, together with agents, to educate and equip them with the knowledge and skill set to present to and win Employee Benefit cases. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Business Director of Agency New Business and work closely with all channels to increase and expand the Employee Benefits Business.

Job Description:

  • Work with Actuarial pricing team on Agency EBS quotes
  • Understand and analyze sales quotations to aid Agency close sales.
  • Provide support to the overall new business sales process.
  • Explaining & Upselling new line of covers
  • Assist in conducting sales and product training to your assigned channels
  • Handle enquiries from your assigned channels
  • Assist in sales related projects that supports the EB distribution to increase upsell sales opportunities

Working Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with employee benefits environment

Professional Qualifications

  • Possess CMFAS M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications

Education

  • Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
