Conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process samples and finished palm oil products in accordance with established specifications and test methods.
Monitor product quality and process parameters, and provide timely laboratory results to support production operations.
Investigate abnormal and out-of-specification results and work with Production to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, COA and quality reports.
Assist in maintaining and improving laboratory SOPs, test methods and quality control procedures.
Support internal and external audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities.
Provide technical guidance to laboratory technicians/assistants and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
