Roles & Responsibility:
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and business partners via call, email, live chat and walk in.
- Provide accurate information and personalize services.
- Proactive in liaising with various department to resolve issues.
- Strong attention to detail and patience to client’s enquiry.
- Complete all assigned tasks on timely manner.

Requirements:
- Possess a diploma or higher. Candidate graduate with Banking and Finance or equivalent background will possess higher chance for the post.
- Working experience in a contact center environment are encouraged to apply.
- Communicating with customers through email, calls and live chat, outbound & inbound Calls.
- Good command of English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Able to work on shift or weekends.
