Role Purpose

The Compliance Associate will support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of ADA’s compliance framework, ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and Group Company standards.

The role will work cross functionally with Legal, Risk, Finance, HR, IT, Cyber Security, Product and business teams.

Experience or exposure to Data Privacy and/or

ESG will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance & Risk Management

• Support implementation and monitoring of compliance policies,

standards and procedures.

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impact on

ADA’s operations.

• Conduct compliance monitoring (CME), risk assessments (Compliance risk

registers) and control reviews.

• Identify compliance gaps, track remediation actions and follow up

with stakeholders.

• Maintain compliance registers, trackers, risk indicators and

supporting documentation.

• Support compliance reviews of new products, processes, vendors and

business initiatives.

2. Governance, Reporting & Audit

• Prepare compliance dashboards, reports and management updates.
• Support governance and reporting cycles, including management committee

meetings and Board committees.

• Track compliance metrics, incidents, audit findings and remediation

plans.

• Support internal & external, where applicable, regulatory

inquiries and compliance reviews.

• Maintain accurate and audit ready compliance documentation.
• Assist with ABAC dashboard reporting.

3. Data Privacy & ESG

Where relevant, support:

• Data Privacy activities including DPIAs, TIAs, ROPA, Privacy Risk Assessments,

data processing reviews and privacy-related inventories.

• Privacy-by-design initiatives, incident management and regulatory

monitoring.

• ESG data collection, validation, dashboards and reporting

requirements.

• ESG risk/impact assessments and tracking of ESG-related initiatives

and action plans.

• Monitoring developments in privacy, ESG and sustainability-related

regulations and standards.

4. Trainings & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support compliance training, communications and awareness

initiatives.

• Provide day-to-day compliance support to business teams and

escalate higher risk matters where appropriate.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, assist Line Manager on any

other compliance related matters.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk

Management, Compliance or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in

Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Monitoring & Testing, Risk Management, Internal Audit or a related governance function.

• Good understanding of regulatory compliance, risk assessment and

internal controls.

• Strong analytical, research, communication and stakeholder

management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to

detail and documentation.

• Experience or knowledge in Data Privacy

and/or ESG is an added advantage.

• Relevant professional certifications in Compliance International

Compliance Association (ICA) would be advantageous but not mandatory.
