About the Job

Company: Spritzer Bhd Location: Taiping, Perak Industry: FMCG Manufacturing Work Hours: 8:00AM - 5:30PM Salary Range: RM3500 - RM5000

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance checks, site inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance records, certifications, licenses and management system documentation.
• Prepare compliance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Willing to relocate to Taiping, Perak for role.
• Degree in occupational safety & health, Environmental Science, Quality, Food Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, EHS, OHS, Audit or Management Systems.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience with audits, CAPA, RCA and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000 or GMP is an advantage.
• Good documentation, analytical and communication skills.
