About the Job

Company: Spritzer Bhd Industry: FMCG Manufacturing Location: Taiping, Perak Work Hours: 8AM - 5:30PM Salary Range: RM3000 - RM3500

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance activities for quality, food safety, environmental, and safety management systems.
• Maintain compliance documents, records, certifications, and regulatory submissions.
• Assist in internal and external audits, including tracking audit findings and corrective actions.
• Conduct routine compliance checks and site inspections to ensure requirements are met.
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities.
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation for audits, inspections, and management review.
• Perform occasional night-time compliance and safety spot checks when required.

Requirements

• Willing to relocate to Taiping, Perak for role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in compliance, audits, quality systems, safety, environmental management, or related functions.
• Knowledge of ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Familiar with audit processes, document control, RCA, and CAPA.
• Background in Safety, Environment, EHS, OSH, Sustainability, Manufacturing, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or other regulated industries is an added advantage.
• Good documentation, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
